At hawaii.top, we want you to love what you ordered. Since all of our products are made to order specifically for you, our return policy differs from traditional retail stores.

MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

All products sold by hawaii.top are printed and produced on demand after you place your order. Because each item is custom-made, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection (please refer to our size guides before ordering)
  • Color preferences (colors may vary slightly between screens and printed products)

WHEN WE WILL MAKE IT RIGHT

We stand behind the quality of our products. We will issue a replacement or full refund if:

  • Your item arrives damaged or defective
  • Your item has a printing error (wrong design, misaligned print, ink issues)
  • You received the wrong item
  • Your order was lost in transit

HAVE AN ISSUE? HERE’S WHAT TO DO

  1. Contact us at info@hawaii.top within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue
  3. We will review your claim within 2 business days
  4. If approved, we will either reprint and reship your item at no charge, or issue a full refund to your original payment method

REFUND PROCESSING

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of approval
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout
  • Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

ORDER CANCELLATION

Because production begins quickly after your order is placed:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of being placed
  • After 2 hours, your order may already be in production and cannot be cancelled
  • To cancel an order, contact us immediately at info@hawaii.top with your order number

SHIPPING ISSUES

  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us and we will investigate with our shipping carrier
  • If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will reship your order at no additional cost

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or design:

  1. Contact us about a refund for the qualifying item
  2. Place a new order for the item you want
